Are So...? Fragrance products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, and we do not commission third parties to do so on our behalf.

How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or opened.

How can I make my fragrance last longer on my skin?

For the longest-lasting scent, we recommend applying your fragrance to pulse points such as your wrists, neck, and behind the ears. Moisturizing your skin before application also helps lock in the aroma.
